Manages and maintains all aspects of communication, Audio-visual, and ICT equipment for the Townsville Campus of the School of Education. Assists and trains staff and students in the use of JCU communication, AV, and ICT equipment. Identifies and sources new communication, AV, and ICT equipment. Manages and maintains the SoE’s servers (file, print, web…) in conjunction with the Computer Support Officer (Cairns). Liaises with IT&R staff regarding the supply and delivery of central services, such as Network, e-mail, LearnJCU.
