This role provides administrative support to:
• the Research Director and Research Committee
• academic staff and postgraduate students in completing research grant applications
• the Bachelor of Education (Hons) Co-ordinator and students
• the Postgraduate Liaison Officer, PhD, EDD, and MEd Hons students
The role also involves:
• the collection and entry of bibliographic data for the JCU Bibliographic Database
• timetabling, collecting and formatting exams
• entering and processing student results
• identifying suitable recipients for School Prizes and Awards as well as processing the appropriate paperwork
• liaison with Examinations and Ceremonies
• collecting and formatting of subject outlines
• secretary for the Staff Student Liaison Comittee
• allocation of office space to staff and postgraduate students
